How long does it take to build a home?
Typically the design phase takes a few months. We complete the room layout, discuss finishes, select fixtures, and make sure all of the details are accounted for. Then we start building which takes anywhere from 5 to 7 months.
Can you build on my land?
Absolutely! We can help design a home that will fit your property. Need to get utilities to the home site? No problem! We have lots of experience with site preparation. From bringing in power, gas, and water, to clearing brush and trees, we have done it all. We would love to discuss your project and help you realize the potential your property has.
How do payments and financing work?
Financing is typically handled with a construction loan through your preferred bank. Once you receive the funding the bank or credit union will issue monthly draws for the construction costs and will check in periodically to make sure the project is moving along toward completion.
